We are a locally owned small business specialising in the safe and efficient private transfer of small groups of people anywhere within the Cairns Region.
This is NOT a shuttle bus operation - we move you when you and your group are ready to go direct to your destination.

Usually would get uber until I've had the family 5 adults with all the gear. So the last few trips a friend put me onto CRMGT and it was seamless. Tony the driver met us at the baggage carousels and looked after everything from there in a spotless aicon and modern minibus. Highly recommended and very good value

Tony, our driver, was a really lovely man. He went beyond what he needed to do to make sure our bags were dropped to our hotel them took us to get the key to our accommodation. Would definitely use this service again.

Tom was awesome every step.
Communicated via the travel advisor app the stats through the the process.
Very prompt in responding to my messages.
Picked us up at the baggage claim with name placard.
The van was very clean. Has a separate trailer for the baggage.
Tom was a very professional and experienced with the area.
Would give a sixth star.

Last minute call for our transport to the airport. We were a family with 4 children. A half day before our transport childseats could be arranged….correct, kind……spot on!

Tony met us at the airport with our name on a sign which was very welcoming. He was very friendly and accommodating to our family of ten. We used him several times, and each time he was waiting for us a the pickup zone.

Tony was on time and greeted us right away. He was friendly and helpful and gave us some tips for our stay in Cairns. There were 6 of us and he trailer easily held our 6 checked bags and 6 carry-on bags. Air conditioning made for a very comfortable trip and he obviously was proud of his van as it was immaculate.

Punctual, attentive and meticulous about communication
Traveling as a group (we were 8, with luggage) can be a challenge, so delighted we managed to find an option where we could all stay together

Tony and Simon were our drivers, taking our group of 8 + luggage from Cairns to Pt Douglas and back again.
Both were fantastic. Great service, with a smile, great local knowledge. Just a great way to start and end a holiday.
HIGHLY recommend using them.

We just recently had our work conference in Cairns and we we required transfer for our event. I had found this business via trip advisor. Tony was professional, on time, answer my query very quickly and very friendly. I would highly recommend anyone using this business services. We were a group of 3 adults and 5 kids (age 3 to 11) travelling on Easter Sunday and had booked in Cairns Region Minibus Group Transfers (CRMGT) to do our transfer from the airport to our accommodation as I loved the idea of a private transfer and someone meeting us at the baggage carousel to give us a hand especially when you have 5 kids in tow! Booster seats were provided for free which was a bonus. Tony was super friendly, communication prior to our flight arrival was great and he went over and beyond when our flight got delayed and our 6.30pm arrival changed into a 12.30am arrival. Nothing was a bother and he still came with a smile. Would totally recommend using CRMGT especially if you are a large group travelling and not wanting to hire a minivan.

what is the fare for 4 adults from Cairns airport to Port Douglas on 5/26/19 ?

Hello Joanne. Sorry about the delay getting back to you...Anyway, "The buck stops here".....
A couple of questions to first please answer as we do offer a 24 hour private transfer service and I want to give you an all up inclusive price for your group.
1. Please advise what flight number/ETA you are arriving on
2. Please advise if you require any stops on the way to your accommodation, i.e. Coles, Woolworths, Dan Murphy's etc
3. There should be plenty of room for you & your luggage as there are only 4 of you travelling & I will have a luggage trailer too. However, let me know if you have any extra large items just in case.
5. That is the last day of the Great Barrier Reef Masters competition but all roads should be open.
