Always nice to take visitors up here and enjoy the food and farm animals. Cheese tasting is fabulous and the chocolate is Devine .

Beautiful location and professional set up. Would avoid the main meals (bit oily and bland) and stick to the beautiful selection of cakes, ice cream and cheese.

We learnt lots about cows and milk. We tried lots of delicious cheeses and chocolates. Lunch was delicious and we enjoyed looking at the animal nursery. A great place for families and foodies to visit.

We needed a rest by the time we reached Gallo. Lunch came in a short while. Very enjoyable. We checked out the cheese making room, good little shop too.

What a well set up place this is. They have really attentive, friendly staff who are passionate about the product that they encourage you to sample. Obviously, they hope for a sale, but they carry on, educating, informing and leading each client on an expedition into the world of dairy.

Were very disappointed that we were at a Dairy surrounded by Tablelands Produce in a food bowl and we were given Home Brand tea bags. They had no soy milk and no avocados (sold at the gate 500 metres down the road). How can we promote tourism when this keeps happening?

We did a food tour last year while in Cairns and tried some macadamia cheese which I loved, but didn't buy. On the spur of the moment we decided to go out today - the drive from Cairns City is a very long winding one so if you get travel sickness, be prepared!! Bought 3 cheeses, mnacadamia, chive and onion... More

Bit of a windy drive from Cairns but well worth the trip for their cheese, chocolates, cakes and ice cream. Lactose-free cheeses were an absolute bonus!

We had a delicious small cheese platter which was beautifully presented and more than enough for 2. Their chocolate and ice cream were also delicious. We watched the milking and chocolate making, but unfortunately there was no one working in the cheese factory to watch through their viewing window. We would highly recommend lunch in this lovely setting, an interesting... More

Stopped here for lunch on our day trip to the tablelands. Ordered the chicken and mushroom pot pie which was very nice. I noticed after we ordered there were cheese platters which you could order for lunch. These looked amazing as they came out to the tables and would definitely order one of those next time. After lunch we bought... More
