I am so glad that I chose to go on this trip. Warwick the tour guide is very knowledgea ble and passionate about this beautiful area. The visits to the farms are very informative as it is often the farmers who meet the trip and talk to the visitors

Did the food trail tour this weekend for my birthday and would highly recommend it to tourists and locals alike. A great way to experience the Atherton tablelands and all it has to offer with a very knowledgable guide. It was a full day with plenty of yummy tastings and information on harvesting, food production and local fauna. We will... More

We extended our stay in Cairns to take in this wine & food tour of the Atherton Tablelands and we were not disappointed. Warwick the owner operator, (but not driver on this occasion) was very personable and knowledgeable on all manner of subjects. Although raining when we started, our spirits were not dampened as umbrellas were supplied until the sun... More

I was eager to do a really good tour for the money I paid and I was terribly disappointed. We went to the Macadamia farm which would of been better if it was shorter as we were standing outside for a long time in the cold listening to every detail on how to farm macadamia nuts. Although I appreciate learning... More

It was an enjoyable trip to the Atherton tablelands. The tour guide was very accommodating, organised alternative lunch options as I am not a fish fan. Also offered umbrellas when it was raining and was entertaining and funny during the ride. The tour guide knew his stuff well, explained the curtain fig tree in detail and the process of macadamia... This tour will give you a comprehensive look at what is being achieved within the Food and Wine Industry in FNQ. The Cheese and Chocolate Tour with samples was interesting and well yummy, Macadamia Nut Farm was interesting and I now realise why the Nut is so dear to buy, Fruit Wine Distillery and Coffee Farm made up the other... Also food sampling was great...especially the coffee farm and macademia nut... More

All. Questions are answered, and Warwick goes more than the extra mile in which to ensure that your trip is wonderful. The group... More

I learn by doing. This tour took me right up close and was very enjoyable. This is the tour if you want to know more about local food. The tablelands are the local breadbasket. Warwick is affable, knowledgeable and organized. He graciously answered my questions on a wide range of topics all through the day. There many varied stops along... More
