We just returned from a 3-day liveaboard with Brad, Josh, Lenna, and the rest of an amazing crew. We all did 10-11 dives, which was a lot of dives for these 50-somethings, but the coral and sea-life were worth it. My two teenage sons had...More

Hi Hester... What actual months in Australia? The Great Barrier Reef is 2000 km long... so different conditions different places too... and Winter up in Cairns... isn't really winter!! It is just dry season ;)

Hi, My friend and I are planning to sign up for the Padi Open water certification and we are having a few questions, the courses we are choosing between are PADI 3 Day Ocean Referral Dive Course and PADI 5 Day Learn to Scuba Dive Course: - What is the difference between a PADI Gold Open Water Certification and PADI Open Water Certification? - We don't have enough leave as we both working so we prefer the 3 Days course however, we have realized that it doesn't provide Pool training for 3 days course. We understand we can do the online training at home but it is a bit worried to go straight to dive in the sea without the pool training. How we going to overcome the pool training part ? - It did mentioned it is a Referral Dive Course for the 3 Day PADI course, so what kind of referral we need to get and where can we get it from? If you can provide more information regarding to the questions above, it will be very helpful and give us more confidence to go with your company. Thanks so much !! Regards, Olivia
