This has to be the best way to day-trip Cape Trib and the Daintree rainforest. Here's how it goes down. Load up with Uncle Nev in a huge 4x4 and make your way up the scenic, stunning coastal highway past Port Douglas and into the Daintree. Climb aboard a boat for an hour tour on the Daintree river where you... More

After reading endless pamphlets about tours to the Daintree river and Cape Trib we decided on this one . So glad we did . Our tour guide Andreas was a wealth of information about flora , fauna and indigenous affairs . After a short boat ride down the river spotting crocs , snakes and bird life we continued our ride... There are no words to describe how wonderful our tour to the Daintree Rainforest was for me and my 16 year old son! It was a whole day full of adventures that included a trip to the magnificent raintree forest, seeing salt water crocodiles and other birds and animals, having a great lunch, and of course drinking the famous "Billy... This had been 1 of the highlights of my holiday in Queensland. Our tour guide Finn was very knowledgeable. Walking through the oldest Rainforest in the world was brilliant, but going for a swim in the river while a 4x4 truck drove across was absolutely amazing. Billy tea and damper as well as exotic fruits for morning tea followed by... More

My girlfriend and I travelled to Cairns with two musts on our program: the Great Barrier Reef and the Daintree Rainforest & Cape Tribulation. Beforehand we were struck by the enormous amount of options for these trips. After some in-depth checks we chose Billy Tea Safari for our Daintree Rainforest trip. Boy, that was an excellent choice. First, a big... More

A long day with lots of activities and informative tour guide. Morning tea and a cruise to see the crocs, bbq lunch at animal refugee resturant, feeding wallabies, a broadwalk at the oldest rainforest in the world, tasting ice cream, tropical fruits and much more. A must tour for a lovely experience.

Hi was on this tour yesterday and I have to thank Neville for a great trip. It was great to learn about not just Port Douglas but the surrounding areas as well as the Flora and fauna. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a bit of adventure and to learn a bit about this area

Loved the cave tour and enjoyed the varied changing countryside and excellent commentary. Only downside was that despite 48 hours notice and advice that gluten free food was required, no attempt was made to cater to this variation which is a health requirement not a dietary fad. The day is long (11.5 hours) with a 7am pick up and to... More

What a fantastic day out! Enjoyed every minute of it - from the surprisingly relaxing cruise to spot crocs on the Daintree River (the guide Jarrah was excellent and heaps of fun!) to the tropical fruit and billy tea tasting at Emmagen Creek on the Bloomfield Track (off the beaten track for any other tour - 4WD only in that... Being in Cairns for only three days, myself and partner wanted to try and squeeze in as much as possible. We wanted to visit the Daintree rainforest and were recommended this day tour. We were picked up in a small modified minibus allowing 12 guests on board. This would have been an ideal group size for a tour but it... More
