No bands on when I was here, but it was midday, so there is that. Still, awesome place, and the beer selection was pretty good. Can see that this is a place I'd visit often.

I quite enjoyed this venue, saw Frank Turner there last night. Nice bar with food options which I will definitely try next time. The venue itself was freezing at first and super hot later on, but that’s hard to regulate I guess.

Great atmosphere and beer selection, has a fun vibe. Loved the artwork, easy to get a table and to get served. Mixed age group drinking there.

Have been here to see several different types of shows. Pub choir, corporate gig, bands and beer garden acoustic. Sound is fantastic, able to move around and drinks are reasonable.

The Triffid is my favorite place to see live bands in Brisbane. It is also a great place to get some good food including vegetarian options.

Love the Triffid for a lazy Sunday afternoon with good food & wine. Music is always great & small live bands perform each time. Would have loved to stay on for the pub choir that night but was sold out. Definitely next time.

My first foray here was on a night when I don’t think they anticipated such a big crowd for an unticketed event. There was a really long queue to get in, further queues at the bars (I lined up 20 minutes for a water) and...More
