A brilliant place to visit. Especially good on a rainy day as the main exhibits are all under cover. There's a whole ex-Navy WWII frigate to explore as well as a huge dry dock and museum full of models and artifacts from early Queensland's maritime...More

We left our visit a bit late in the day so more time would have been great. Even though there is a new bikeway going through their outdoor area, the exhibits are still accessible.

This had a couple of ships that you could walk around. They provided earphone so that you can hear specifics about each area. Talked about WW2.

It’s a 15 minute walk from the city over Goodwill Bridge to the Museum, but it's perhaps not seen at his best from this direction. It possibly needs a bit of renovation. Inside the museum itself, there are some great exhibits and displays including a...More

A very interesting icon in Brisbane. Well worth visiting a real naval boat and learning local Brisbane History. Good location near Southbank and Goodwill Bridge.

A great place to take the kids (of all ages), lots of hands-on exhibits. The Museum touches on maritime history going back centuries.
