We did a tour of the Gabba while in Brisbane recently, home of the Brisbane Lions and also known as a world class cricket ground as well. The tour was great, our guide was knowledgeable and the property itself is quite something. We had hoped to catch a Lion’s match while we were here but they were playing an away... More

The Gabba has proven to be an excellent venue for all sporting endeavours. Entry is always efficient. The venue is clean, progressive and well run. Seating comfortable and generous. The staff was attentive and proffessional. Ample food vendors and toilets. There are engaging views of the action and a good vibe all around. There is a great culture in play... More

Ticked all the boxes for me, easy public transport from the city, free too Easy to find seats, easy access to seats, plenty of toilets and food outlets Every seat seemed to have excellent views In my opinion the best seats are the ones on the first tier

Get to the game before the start of the game so you don't miss the entertainment pre game, also the home team enters differently than games in Melbourne. Great viewing options from all areas, lots of food & beer outlets inside, found a couple of outlets that did coffees. Bit of a hike to the ground from the train, down... More

The Gabba is a great sized sporting venue to watch sport, particularly Australian rules football . Most seats are close to the action and afford a great view. A modernised facility with very comfortable seating,

For someone coming from a country where cricket is not played, seeing the cricket pitch and the care that they take with the greens was almost overwhelming. The facility is huge but lots of public transportation allows easy access as there really is very limited parking nearby. With many rooms that can be booked for special events when cricket is... The Gabba is one of Australia's great sporting arenas. You can feel the tingle in your spine as you enter the ground. The Gabba has been restructured to allow Australian Rules Football to be played there -- it's the home ground of the Brisbane Lions. It's called the Gabba because the ground is in the suburb of Woollongabba. Cricket is... More

My first trip here and its always been on bucket list to see a ODI game and it did not dissapoint. EXCEPT For the beachballs hitting my head. Iam all for having some fun but was trying to just watch the cricket. The gabba is an initmate stadium but really is relaced and comfortable you are not crammed in like... More

Watched a cricket ODI match and the crowd was lively and the atmosphere was what you would want for a long day of cricket. The staff were so helpful and friendly, and the premises (including the toilets) were clean! Loved it at The Gabba!
