Our boat had 0 intentions on not travelling on Wednesday. If we were going to cancel you would have been notified.
As I am sure you can understand the weather in Brisbane does not directly correlate with the weather at Moreton Island. 90% of the time the on island weather is perfect regardless of the weather in Brisbane. We received an email from your friend Vicki saying that you were cancelling. Unfortunately, an error in judgement was made and as a result of your group of 10 cancelling the rest of the guests were contacted and also asked if they might be able to reschedule, to which we have happily amended. I am not sure where or why the resort got the 'engine trouble' story from however, they do not speak on behalf of us as they are a seperate business and entity.
Our website and booking emails clearly state we do not offer refunds due to weather cancellations.
As your group booked under one person, one email, one mobile number, we cannot create 10 new orders to send out vouchers individually, our system does not have the capability.
We look forward to having your group on another day.
