We went on AAT Kings. Our driver was great - didn’t talk too much but gave very good information. The first stop at the Adelaide River WW2 cemetery out of Darwin was beautiful and peaceful at that early time of day. Edith Falls and the...More
To get the most out of this tour - and there is a lot to get - be, part of it, get active, join in it is an amazing experience. Our tour guide/driver/cook was sensational. Be ready for long enjoyable days and the best sleep...More
The comfortable bus arrived on time and the guide/driver was the highlight with his good sense of humour and hospitality. The Waterfalls are amazing and worthy. The lunch should be more elaborated once there were just cold and simple meals like cucumber, tomatoes and beetroot...More
Even though it was an early start and and late finish the day tour is well worth it. The bus travel to Kakadu was comfortable and our bus driver/guide was interesting and informative. We travelled through places like Humpty Doo and stopped at out of...More
We traveled here from Darwin with AAT Kings in a coach. The Florence Falls are magnificent after a downpour of rain, which is what we experienced, and the termite mounds are amazing. We stopped for morning tea on the way (own expense) and then lunch...More
As I was picked up at 6am and by the time I returned it was passed 8pm - very tired but satisfactory as I did enjoy the trip seeing the Rock Art and understand myth or the story behind them - interesting indeed. For the...More
We went on this tour to see crocodile and seeing the rock art was a huge bonus. It is much better than the rock art we saw at Uluru. The tour takes you to the Warradjan Cultural Center before you go on a short walk...More
We had a full day tour of the Litchfield National Park with ATT Kings which included three waterfalls, including a swim at the base of the Florence Falls. Termite mounds and lunch at Litchfield Cafe. This was in a very comfortable 50 seater air conditioned...More
We did two day tours with AAT Kings during our stay in Darwin. Both were brilliant: Litchfield National Park and the Kakadu, Yellow water, Noorlangie tour.
Our guide for Litchfield was Michael and for Kakadu it was Jeff. Both guys were friendly, informative, helpful and...More
It’s a 14 hour day but well worth it. I learnt more about our history during the day than I ever learnt at school, thanks to the bus driver. Yummy scones and coffee half way and lunch was excellent. The 2 hour cruise was so...More

There are steps, but not a lot and the path is concrete for most of the way, where there isn’t any actual path there is rubber matting. I didn’t think it was too hard, and I managed it quite well. Was hesitant at first, but was really glad I went. Not anything really that would throw you off balance just watch where you put your feet forget the view for a bit. Enjoy your adventure.

I recommend the two day Kakadu tour. It is truly awesome. We had a number of senior persons on our tour and there were only a couple of very short climbs they weren't able to do. Our guide, Brad, was really good at pacing things to suit everyone so no-one felt left out. There's a bit of strolling about but nothing that one gent, who had two artificial legs, couldn't cope with. If can afford it take the optional flight over Kakadu. We couldn't quite manage it but those who did, including one 80plus gentleman, said it was fabulous.
