About The Original Adelaide River Queen Jumping Crocodile Cruises
In the murky waters of the Adelaide River, lives the most dangerous reptile in Northern Australia. The huge saltwater jumping crocodiles are the stars of this fascinating 1 hour cruise, which excites, entertains and educates. Crocodiles can be seen caged anywhere, but this may be your only chance to see the Famous Jumping Crocodiles 'in Action in the Wild'. Perched high above the dangers of the crocodiles is a feast of birdlife – white belly sea eagles, magpie, geese, brolgas, spritely dollar birds and hawks (known as kites in the NT). Kingfishers and corellas gather in flocks of hundreds on the marshy floodplains beside the river. Wild pigs and buffalo are often sighted darting in and out of the tall grasses along the river banks.

We took an hour tour during mid November. It was a dry start to the rainy season, the boat was very well covered so we were not exposed to the heat. The tour guide was friendly and knew each croc by name that we encountered....More

This was an informative and fun boat ride that all ages can enjoy. We saw multiple crocodiles and loved all the names such as Stumpy and learning about each crocodile. Comfortable boat ride and loved the canopy that kept us from being sun-burnt. The tour...More

I highly recommend this up close and personal experience with crocs in their natural habitat. Rod's expert commentary was brilliant. $30 per person is beyond value for money. Thank you guys for a memorable time on the Adelaide River!!

Fun and informative hour for a reasonable price! Saw lots of crocs. Travelled on the river queen boat, very comfortable and air conditioned. Just don’t forget your bug spray!

Cost for the dry season cruise for adults $50/kids $30. See their website. We drove out as accompanying shuttle service wasn't wheelchair accessible.
