If you want to get a view of Alice Springs then this is the place for you. Don’t plan on staying longer than 5 minutes, though.

Most tours in Alice Springs include Anzac Hill. There are historical monuments there, but the real treat is the spectacular view from this high vantage point.

Perhaps contact the tourist information or local council. I normally take photos if I want to read the info again later, but didn't this time.

Yes there was good lighting when we visited during sunset and it is popular so I'm assuming they keep it well lit. Sorry I have been so long in answering I have been in hospital. I hope this helps.
