I bought a beautiful opal pendant for my mom, the staff is amazing, they were so helpful and they explained to me everything about opals. They've got a large choice of opals but also pearls and pink diamonds that fit with any type of budget. I strongly recommend this shop.

Loved the video they showed about all the different types of Opals and where they are from. Never knew. Initially I felt a bit intimidated but the staff is very low key, very knowledgeable and no pressure to buy. Price range is from affordable to very expensive. Something for everyone. They are duty free. They provide the info you need for immigration. Does mean you have to wait to wear it but depending on the savings we’ll worth it.

I visited Australia wanting to find the perfect opal trinket since it is my birthstone. Not only did I receive the requisite education about opals, i was able to purchase a black opal along with a gold south sea pearl. I am ecstatic. I am coming back for my koala. We just stumbled upon this place while walking around the area on our first day in Sydney. Since I’ve heard Australia is known for opals and pearls my husband and I decided to get inside. We were greeted by the staff and this young lady named Linda assisted us throughout the selection process. To my amazement, she is so knowledgeable and articulate who thoroughly explained all about pearls and opals. Linda is not only amiable, courteous, and accommodating, but she has so much patience and seemed very trustworthy. I am very satisfied with my purchase which she helped me make the right choice. My husband and I came back after a few days and bought more. Linda is certainly an asset to your company . My husband and I are both satisfied that we bought quality gemstones from a reputable company such as yours.

I’ve been at Vollè Jewelry twice and every time is perfect. I bought two fantastic opal and the girl, Veronica, was so kind with me she explained perfectly all the differences between different opals and pearls. She helped me to find the best pendant staying into my budget. I highly recommend this jewelry, they make good discounts and make the client feel very comfortable.

I went shopping to find a souvenir from Australia. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable and gained a lot of opal knowledge. I ended up buying a very nice black opal pendant. Such a great experience! Highly recommend :)

I wanted to look at Australian opals while visiting Australia. I also spent time looking in the Victoria building next door, where they have lots of jewelry shops, but this store definitely had a nicer and larger selection. If you buy something there they are able to do the paperwork for you and remove the 9% tax right then, as opposed to you having to go and get out it back on a credit card at the airport, which is also a nice perk.

"Volle" was recommended by our hotel concierge. We had first stopped by the Opal museum (dont bother, really!) & then went to Volle's the next. We were looking for a white opal, oval stud earring & found a perfect pair for our needs. Volle did ALL the paperwork for VAT & we dont even need to stop anywhere @ the airport; just have to drop off the paperwork! Volle did everything & even showed us a picture of where we'll need to drop off the paperwork. Cost was dramatically difft too from the Opal Museum too!
