This studio has the best vibe! I particularly love Idit's classes but all the classes I've been to have been outstanding. I go there for yoga and meditation classes and workshops. It's comfortable (heaters provided in winter) and the teachers are highly qualified. There are classes for everybody: for adults, kids , pregnant ladies etc... I have been going there for years and even had private counselling by a meditation teacher. Highly recommended.

Two things anyone visiting Sydney for more than a short break will notice is a) locals love their coffee and b) there are an awful lot of yoga studios and people carrying yoga mats around with them. Most tourists will no doubt try the out several cafes along the way but if you find yourself wanting to do something nice... More
