We stumbled upon this place while visiting Harbourside Shopping Centre. The staff member serving us (Tom, I think) was very friendly and a great person to chat with. He explained each aspect of the experience we were signing up for as well as taking us through the controls, setting options, etc. The simulator experience is great fun, but takes a little getting used to at first if you choose to play it on full realism setting. One can adjust the level of difficulty, so it can be fun for everybody. This is a must try for anyone who is fond of cars or racing. You will not want to leave! Pricing is a little steep, but well worth the experience. I would recommend choosing the 1 hour package.…

Awesome fun. A massive range of cars to choose from as well as different tracks from around the world. Totally addictive. Just be careful if you suffer from motion sickness.

Took 8 members of my team for 1hrs worth of racing ... looking for something fun to do and something competitive that we could all do together. Race Centre was fantastic, everyone had a lot of fun and were still talking about it several hours later. I would highly recommend this experience.…

We did this as a family of 5 and found that it is not for everyone. The two ladies in our group decided they had had enough about half way through with one of them complaining the simulator was making her nauseous. We booked for an hour but ended up with closer to an hour and a half. We had good fun without being too serious as the simulators take some practice and there is certainly a learning curve involved. We did find that we were ready to take a break by the time it was over but loved the experience. Not a cheap activity with a family though.…

This would have been my 3rd trip to this centre in the past 3 years, spoiled today by very slack employee. The desk jockey arrived 10 minutes late, and was making no effort to open up, so when I asked, he said probably 11 today. When I pointed out opening hours were from 10, it was a whiny 'oh mate, it's wet and I've got paperwork to do'. No apologies, no effort, no service. Now I can bet he doesn't own this business, but what he's done is turn away a paying customer, who's then going to tell lots of people about the bad experience. And you know what...this also happened last year when I visited. The simulators are great, but I won't be spending my hard earned cash on them again with staff like this.…
