It is fascinating to stroll along the edge of the harbour and to look back and up at some marvellous examples of Federation homes as well as other styles of architecture. Occasional explanatory signs describe the architectural features of some homes. There is a lovely sense of tranquillity and peacefulness along the walk with its many tended gardens and natural... This would have to be one of Sydney's treasures. The easy walk meanders around the picturesque harbour with views from Mosman Bay to the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge. There are so many wonderful spots to picnic or read or just enjoy the views or what better way to keep up your fitness. You can catch a Mosman Bay... More

If you haven't done this gem of a walk, its such a great way to get some exercise and also experience panoramic views of Sydney Harbour, salivate over ridiculously nice Harbour side properties and see awesome awesome dogs. You can also walk out to the lighthouse and see for miles. Grab a ferry from Old Cremorne to really top it... More

I used to do this walk frequently when my kids were small (even with one in a backpack), and the dog too. Very easy paved path with some mild slopes though at times there are stairs involved so not suitable for bikes or push chairs. Beautiful views and gardens to stop and marvel along the way with the water on... More

Lovely walk slightly steep in places but beautiful views over the bay. No drink kiosk on route so take a drink with you.

The Journey starts with a lovely Sydney ferry ride to Cremorne and then the very pleasant walk (for able body people) that meanders through tree lined walkways, seeing stately homes, and excellent panorama views of Sydney harbour

This is quite a short walk, less than 3km I would think. The ferry ride to Cremorne Point is lovely and then you walk along nicely kept gardens on one side and rocks and trees overlooking the water on the other. The view is nice both looking back towards the city and also ahead into the various bays. Catch the... More

A short ferry ride to Cremorne wharf and then follow the sign posts. Easy paths to walk at a comfortable place, so much to see along the way. Well maintained along the way. Another view of Sydney Harbour. Stop off at Mosman Rowers for lunch if you like.

This is a fantastic walking track for everyone. The view is lovely and is obstructed (except by a bit of bush here and there).

Highly recommend on a sunny day in Sydney. The water, the views, & the mansions all magnificent. Caught the ferry from circular quay to Mosman bay & then on way back Cremorne point, great way to travel there.
