A Sydney festival must do must see...... Not to be missed. It will be your best night out in Sydney especially if the weather is good. Great views, food, and the best setting to watch a movie.

Touted as the world's most beautiful open air cinema, I certainly can't argue with that description. A remarkable location, with perfect views of Sydney's two iconic structures. We bought our tickets online, and joined the queue about 15 minutes before the gates opened - there...More

Recommend as something different and a really pleasant way to see a movie while still experiencing “being in Sydney”. Very well organized with so many people; great volume and seating views. Even had complimentary rain capes for the light drizzle. So nice to see Sydney...More

The venue is well organised to deal with the very large numbers attending although there was some negotiating with others to get a space to sit and eat the crowd were relaxed and welcoming. The vista across Sydney Harbour at dusk is wonderful. A truely...More

No matter the movie, this is a thrilling site to visit and enjoy the outdoor cinema experience. Queuing to bag your unallocated seat, starts early, so if you are in a group, suggest nominating one member of the party to run and stick your labels...More

I went to St George Open Air Cinema last night to see Bohemian Rhapsody. The movie was fantastic, but at Open Air Cinema it’s really all about the overall experience. It was a perfect Sydney night - warm with just enough breeze to make it...More

We’ve been to the outdoor cinema a few times and it has a very different to the Moonlight Cinema in Centennial Park. There are pros and cons to each. For getting there, you can train it to circular quay and walk around through the gardens....More

Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with
energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise
buildings and after-work drink places, high-end
shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners
frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a
dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit
the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle,
reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens

On their website, all the movies are listed there, by date and whether sold out, but I think they may have finished 20/2/19 for the season. Go under “film program” menu choice for listings.

Yes, they give you little seat name notices going in. Even if you only get one, you could sit in your seat and put the reservation notice on his until he arrives.
