A 20 minutes ferry ride from Sydney Harbour, you will find the most attrative and picture perfect place, you can fine dine, hike/walk or enjoy the historical site of this place, there is always something special to do. It only took me three visits from USA to Oz to find this remarkable place; that Its what I thought it was... More

Lovely place to go for a short walk. Start from breakfast or lunch close to the harbor, get an ice cream after it. Walk along the path. Enjoy the view. Go up to the light house, lay down in the green grass and enjoy the sun. It's always good to go on a sunny day. It will make you feel... More

We took the Ferry form the Quay and it was a beautiful ride past the Opera House and then into Watson's Bay. Had lunch, got to pet Sean a 11 week old pet sheep and walked on the beach. Just a wonderful trip but didn't get out to the lighthouse.

Watsons Bay is a beautiful little bay that seems a fair way from busy Sydney. It is a 30 minute ferry ride...great fun...and then a good feed of fish and chips at the iconic shop on the wharf. We loved it...small and easy to do in half a day or less.

We were lucky enough to get a great sunny day. We stopped at Rose Bay (bit boring) but Watson had a walk we could do with great views. Some great cafes, park, and wharf. Great place for a cruisy sunny day.

We visited the place at least 3 times as w e enjoy the peaceful and pleasant park and ferry ride to Watsons Bay. After a nice lunch at Doyles, take a stroll up the steps toward the Gap, a popular local attraction. The views is amazing, you get the ocean vie as well the city skyline during a clear day.... More

We caught the ferry from Circular Quay to Watsons Bay on Sunday, and did the walk around South Head and up to the lighthouse. Bought some sensational beer battered fish and some chips at the Watsons Bay Hotel for lunch and ate them in the park opposite, then caught the ferry back to Circular Quay. It's an easy walk up... Really nice place with a view on the city of Sydney and the see in the other side. If you have an opportunity to try the sea food there i highly recommend you to.
