Martin made the tour very entertaining and informative, as well as giving us the 'house rules' in a really entertaining way to ensure all passengers enjoyed the trip. It was great to get around quite an area within a relatively short period of time. There were breaks for photos, coffee etc, but not so long that you are hanging around... More

Martin was very informative and made the tour very interesting so much was packed into 3 hours. We were taken to all the places we had heard of Bondi Beach, Mrs. Macquarie's seat, being taken to a place where you could take a photo of both the Opera House and Bridge in one photo. Very worth the cost of$17 and... More

Starting at St James Square, close to the train station our tour began, introducing us to places of cultural and historic importance. Yes you could choose to explore Sydney individually with map in hand but Lily's carefully planned route exposes you to so many sites and gives so much information in an interesting and well paced manner. A great starting... More

We enjoyed our tour today, Marten really engaged with his passengers, he was informative & funny. Took us to places we wouldn't have been able to drive ourselves. Gave us plenty of advice when we stopped at places. Admired his ability to drive through busy traffic while continuing on with his commentary, Thank you.

This company does walking tours as well as bus tours. We did the bus tour which was $17 pp, and then you give the guy a tip at the end. The $17 is to cover the cost of the bus, petrol etc. A great, cheap way of being around the outer part of Sydney as this goes right out to... More

The bus tour was great. Martin packed loads of stops into 3 hours, including Bondi Beach, the Gap, Mrs Macquarie's seat and more. Martin provided lots of good tips for other things to do. The coach was very comfortable, clean and nicely cool inside. This is great value and I was happy to leave a good contribution for the guide's... More

Went on the free walking tour and the person in the orange shirt that 'Free Walking Tour' on it told me the free tour was $17. He stated he didn't want the money right then but we would square up later. It was raining so we got on a bus, personally I wanted a walking tour not a bus tour,... More

This is a great way to see skemof the sights of Sydney. Only $17 to cover bus costs and a donation to the driver. Our driver, Martin, did a fantastic job and is a great story teller and lovely man. Several stops, lots of photo ops

Staying in Central Business District

Neighborhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
