Quin the jet driver was wonderful. He knew all about Sydney’s history and stopped several time to tell everyone about the surrounding area while double checking on all the passengers to make sure everything was ok, their safety seemed extremely important to him. It appears that it is not only a job to him but a passion and pleasure. We enjoyed it thoroughly. Definitely recommend going on this adventure to everyone

Awesome ! awesome! awesome experience ! I can't recommend this enough , the experience is incredibly fun, the crew is amazingly friendly and funny! Its not overly expensive either and the pack at the end is well worth $70 ... plenty of photos and videos to cherish the memories that are produced quickly digitally and hard copy!!
Leave your valuables in the boxes provided and buy straps for your glasses. You will get wet and you will get salty but you WONT REGRET IT!

We took a ride today and it was the absolute best school holiday experience. We used our discover vouchers and that really made it affordable. Isaac was the driver of the boat and he is a top notch driver with a great personality. Thanks also to Luke you helped me out with booking in and using the vouchers.

The ride was ok for the scenery. Unfortunately it was just so slow. The people were friendly. He did a few spins and got us all wet but it was far from an adrenaline ride. Without the sites it would have been boring. It bit unfortunate but it seems like the rising fuel price must be effecting the jet boat industry too?

Thankyou Darrun for an unforgettable experience you made the experience fun and very easy from the moment we got there and believe u are a credit to the company. Adsy was amazing as well he made the ride fun and keep checking to make sure everyone was ok . All I can say is bring a change of cloths because you get very wet .Thanks for an amazing experience and can not wait to bring my kids back to Sydney and take them out . If u are thinking about doing it it’s a definitely a must on things to do in Sydney.

This was such a fun boat ride! Captain Joe was not only a fantastic driver, but also had a great playlist! With great views of the Sydney Harbor and nonstop smiles from ear to ear we would highly recommend this tour for anyone with an adventurous spirit! Shout out to Elle the photographer, for great service, and making our day so special with great recommendations and making us feel like family!

I can’t thank Darren, Amy and Ady enough for such an amazing jet boat experience. The professionalism these employees have was just outstanding. The moment we stepped up to the jetty Darren and Amy couldn’t be more accomodating. Your customer service skills were excellent and I watched as you continued to help other people as they turned up. Darren my hat off to you as I watch you managed a disabled guy with so much empathy and you managed to make his day too. You guys made it a high light for my partner and I and we can’t thank you enough! Travelled from Melbourne and such a great experience! Would certainly come back again. 😁

Brilliant both me and my daughter laughed and had a smile ear to ear the entire time. Both the girls who were on the key side were very friendly and helpful and big shout out to our skipper David who was brilliant. I would definitely recommend 🚤 👍👍

Incredible adrenaline inducing ride!! One of the most fun experiences you'll ever have. It's got turns, spins, splashes, nose dives, epic music, the whole package! Driver even points out landmarks around the harbour. Worth every last cent. 😎

An amazingly fun experience. Our group prebooked 3 weeks in advance. Quinn was a great captain and shared his knowledge of the harbour throughout our ride. Expect to get wet even with the coats provided.
The only constructive feedback I could provide to the team is perhaps to prioritise boarding for prebookings over walkins, as it was disappointing to have been split from my group of 4 people.

Thank you so much for your review. Glad you had a fun experience. Sorry to hear your group was split. We will definitely be passing this on to the Operations Team. We do try to keep groups together but unfortunately in some instances, groups may need to be separated as the driver decides the positioning of passengers on the day according to boat stability and safety.

A jet boat is a very different experience to any other boat ride. I often suffer from motion sickness on boats, but a jet boat ride is a fast-paced, adrenaline-packed experience, giving your body no time to feel queasy. You’ll love it!

The trip approx 45 min. There but s a height restriction our 7 yr old daughter got on. Best trip we have had was a great laugh.
