My daughter and I went - excited about our treatments - facial and massage. But it was really disappointing- the place is tired, the towels are threadbare with holes in them, the lift does not work, the staff don’t seem experienced and my treatment was not the full 50 mins - which is annoying. The treatments were very average, we filled in the forms and my daughter requested firm massage, but did not get it. And I walked out of my facial with exfoliation still on my face. Definitely not a place to go again.

I booked in for a pedicure to use up a gift card I'd been given. I'd previously had a massage at Endota where the therapist rudely suggested I had scoliosis and didn't believe me when I told her I don't (I have no other spine issues that would have made her think I have scoliosis, and it is SO INAPPROPRIATE for a beauty/massage therapist to make an unsolicited medical diagnosis), so I wasn't going to trust them with a massage again and online reviews had put me off having a facial. I thought I'd be pretty safe with simple pedicure. However, while the atmosphere was nice and the staff were friendly, the therapist painfully cut my cuticles, so badly that I still have scabs on my nail beds a whole week later! Further to this, I received an unsolicited "tailored prescription" by email after the treatment. Despite having only worked on my feet, and in a darkened room at that, the therapist had "prescribed" the following: * That I have monthly facials for my "oily skin" (You only saw my feet in a dimmed room, why do you think yourself qualified to decide what my face needs?) * That I have monthly massages (Again, how are you assessing what my body needs from giving me a pedicure?) *That I drink more water to improve skin hydration (My skin is well-hydrated and I drink plenty of water, thank you very much. Once again, you only saw my feet!) *That I wear sunscreen daily (This is just patronising. You have no idea what my skincare/sun protection routine is.) *That I have some sort of "skin drink" daily Under the section marked Skin Conditions, the therapist had noted that I had hypermobility, which I certainly do not. It is offensive and dangerous for beauty therapists with no medical qualifications to attempt to give medical advice or make medical diagnoses. This is my second bad Endota experience, and I most certainly won'r be back.

I was met by Jodie, so warm and welcoming and given a peppermint tea before being taken to my treatment by Kristie and then the bliss began! A total relaxing and blissful experience, I would highly recommend. I felt pampered and cared for the entire time and the ladies (Jodie and Kristie) were amazing. It was a perfect experience and I thank you so much.

The positive- The therapists were nice people and mine gave a good massage. The facility was really nice and rooms were good. The negative - it was clear that the therapist did not know how to give facials or know the products this was a special trip for my mum and booked weeks ago. we were to have 2 hours of the same treatments. It was obvious we were getting different treatments and I finished over 20 minutes early with the therapist going over some sections again to make up some time then she cleaned the room for the last 5 minutes while the other therapist finished we got dressed got pushed products then were still out of the room well before 2 hours were up. My mum and I were really embarrassed and decided to tell the person at the front she did try to help but all we got was a refund on some of the time we didn’t get and no one seemed suprised. It felt like the therapist got put in a terrible position to do things she was not confident in and we were given a small refund so we wouldn’t tell the hotel who recommended us. I have been to other endota facilities and this is not what we expected at all.

Deceptive, non-transparent service. Booked a massage with a friend for 1 hour, due to unforeseen circumstances, we were running 10m late. By the time we filled in their form, got showed to the room, undressed and was given the massage and walked out to pay, we were only given a 30m treatment, but was still charged for the full hour. Granted we did turn up late, but at no stage during booking, consultation or the time we paid were we told that we will still be liable for the full amount. We provided some feedback to the spa the day after and the manager (Jody) was extremely condescending said that whilst they try to make up the time, we (as customers) need to take responsibility for turning up late and because we booked for the hour, we were charged for the hour as they needed to wait on us. Again, I was never informed of this at any stage whatsoever. I was not asking for a free massage, simply that I get what I paid for. Quite frankly this place has ripped us off. I was a repeat customer, but after this very poor experience, I won’t be returning or recommending this place to anyone. Based on prior online reviews, it appears they have customer service issues dating back over a year, which obviously has not been rectified. Do not go here.
