This climb was AMAZING! Highly recommend the Express climb too because you get to see more of the structure of the bridge. The views are amazing and be mindful of the times you go. I bet a sunset climb or night climb is great too.

Me and a friend did the 10.30am Full Bridge Climb with Kiwi Kim (hope that's right) on the first Tuesday of May and it was a real once in a lifetime experience. Everything from when we got to the centre (and as we were early got put on an earlier tour) through to all of the (very thorough) safety briefings,... More

We did this walk and it took about four hours all up. You first go in to a room with your bridgeclimb group where you complete paperwork and do a breath test. You then get outfitted with a jumpsuit and other gear. If u have long hair you need to tie it back with an elastic hair tie as they... More

Decided to do this climb as a birthday treat to myself and i absolutely loved my time here. Such a unique experience. The whole process took about 3 hours. From putting on your gear, training, climbing to the top and back. Would recommend everyone to try this :)

It's very funny to have a climb and karaoke on the top, the guide was very patient to explain the history of Sydney and structure , stories of the bridge. A breath taking tour with climbing Harbour beige :)

One of the coolest things you can ever do in your life. But, beware that it is best if you are "limber" as you will be twisting sometimes to get to the top. A great, fun experience. If you are afraid of heights or claustrophobic, it may not be a good idea.

Thank you Maddy, you made the 31/2 hour tour a lot of fun. Easy stroll up the bridge with beautiful views and on our night a full moon. You can't take a camera but they do take several pictures of you with the different famous backgrounds and even film a short video that is emailed to you. My advice buy... More

A little expensive and a steep ladder section at the beginning but then Wow . The most amazing views of one of the prettiest harbours in the world. So worth the effort. Really great guide made the whole experience fun.

We had a great time doing the BridgeClimb the morning before our cruise ship left Sydney. Even those in our group with a fear of heights had a great time. The process for getting ready to climb is long, but I understand the need for safety and making sure everyone is kitted up and ready to go. Our guide, Jon,... More

Staying in The Rocks

Neighborhood Profile
The Rocks
The first residents of the Rocks were convicts and sailors from the old nation. As the oldest neighborhood in the city, the area's cobblestone streets host more than 100 heritage sites and buildings, including the oldest house in Sydney, Camden Cottage, which was built in 1816. Taste a “midi “ or a “schooner” of beer and dine “al fresco” on the waterfront at some of the oldest pubs in Sydney. The weekend markets at the Rocks are where you can find local artists' hand-made souvenirs, organic food and designer jewelry in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. To enjoy some of the best Australian and international contemporary art, the MCA museum is open every day and select evenings. At the end of a long day of sightseeing, be sure to save energy to dance the night away at the area's many late night entertainment venues.
