We recently went to Sydney for a few days and decided to do the bridge climb while we were there. Our guide Richard was most knowledgeable about the bridge and made the climb a lot of fun with some of the history of this iconic structure. It is well worth doing if you ever travel to Sydney.

Really enjoyed our climb also much easier than I was expecting. It takes three hours due to being kitted out and instructed on safety. Pre purchase a couple of pictures to remember your climb and enjoy it. It is relatively expensive but we felt worth it great 360 degree views of Sydney.

My wife and I climbed the bridge to the top on the twilight tour. Helen our guide was very informative, friendly and made everyone feel safe. The whole experience was amazing and not one to be missed.

After losing out on 2 days (of our vacation) and time in Sydney, due to airport hell. Our flight was cancelled twice from Canada. We finally arrived in Sydney. The BridgeClimb was on our bucket list for the whole family. Did not disappoint. Big shout out to Trent, who was able to find us a slot for the Express tour... More

If this is the only touristy activity you do in Sydney, make it happen! Simply wonderful experience for young and old and all fitness levels. My kids (8&10) absolutely loved every minute of the whole 3.5 hour experience. Don't worry if you're scared of heights you won't even notice how high up you are...you feel safe and secure and will... What a fun way to spend the day. If possible, do this on a day when the sun is out—the pictures at the top are spectacular. We booked this tour months in advance and were sad to see that it was forecasted to rain the day we were scheduled to climb. So, we called to see if they had any... More

It is a great experience but you can go to Sydney Harbour Bridge Pylon Lookout for only $13 and trust me you will save a few hundred dollars. You can not justify the the price hike as the Pylon Lookout is not that much of a difference in terms of experience. If you book weeks away and the weather is... More

My mom and I signed up for a twilight bridge climb on our first night in Sydney, and it blew our expectations out of the water. This is not for the faint of heart! You'll spend 3 hours walking, climbing steps, and crawling up and down ladders on the bridge as cars and trains whiz overhead and under foot. BridgeClimb... More

Climbing the bridge is just an amazing thing to do and experience. Yes, it is expensive but it is worth every penny in my opinion. You get there and they spend almost an hour prepping you (clothing, safety check, practice climb of stairs (up and down) and then an experienced, very knowledgeable guide takes you on the climb of your... This is one of those experiences that most only do once in their lifetime. I would happily say if I could I would do it all over again. I was rather nervous at first, thinking it would be a bit challenging, however the climb itself is not particularly physically challenging. The staff are very helpful and know exactly what they... Staying in The Rocks

Neighborhood Profile
The Rocks
The first residents of the Rocks were convicts and sailors from the old nation. As the oldest neighborhood in the city, the area's cobblestone streets host more than 100 heritage sites and buildings, including the oldest house in Sydney, Camden Cottage, which was built in 1816. Taste a “midi “ or a “schooner” of beer and dine “al fresco” on the waterfront at some of the oldest pubs in Sydney. The weekend markets at the Rocks are where you can find local artists' hand-made souvenirs, organic food and designer jewelry in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. To enjoy some of the best Australian and international contemporary art, the MCA museum is open every day and select evenings. At the end of a long day of sightseeing, be sure to save energy to dance the night away at the area's many late night entertainment venues.
