The area resembles the European architecture. good place to spend some time on weekend as there are food stalls and clothing stalls put every weekend for travellers.

The rocks is like the old part of the harbour or rather the place were all the docs are. There are a lot of nice houses and Shops very good renovated. A lot of Restaurants are there too. Nice for a walk.

Very nice area for a walkabout. Beautiful park area, great walking paths, views of Sydney Harbour, many converted dock buildings and the Sydney Harbour Bridge. What more could one want?

We travelled with Sydney Sightseeing Tours. We were picked up at 7am sharp and driven to the Rocks where we were taken on a walking tour of the ROCKS by a very knowledgeable guide with a bent for history.

Hi Michael, not sure abiut small/boutique hotels in the rock area. Take a look at the Radisson Hotel which is a nice walk down to the rocks, however this is not a small boutique hotel but you will not be disappointed.
