Booked this via Groupon back in January. Great start, they couldn’t find out booking, but allowed us on when I showed them the email accepting our booking from them. Taken upstairs and told where to sit and the entree was already sitting on the table. Only another 4 couples upstairs with us, thanks to the corona virus. Two large tv screens on the walls and huge speakers. Entree consisted of three very small prawns on a bed of mesclun lettuce leaves and a bit of dressing and a bread roll. No commentary, no music nothing. We ask the waitress if we can order a drink, yes she says downstairs. Hubby goes down to be told cash only, you should have been told. Ends up giving him two free glasses because we weren’t told. Lunch arrives, two pieces of chicken fillet charcoaled and served on two minute noodles, two pieces of potato and two rounds of zucchini. Dessert was a chocolate mousse cake, which was okay. Would definitely not recommend especially if you were paying full price.

As a local treating overseas friends to a lunch and trip around the harbour, I would have been better off getting the ferry to Manly and having lunch out!! We were greeted with a limp salad already plated and on the table, followed by chicken remains, hard potatoes, cold noodles and two slices of seriously undercooked zucchini. The dining room was way over crowded and food was left uncovered. By the time the staff had managed to deliver food the boat was on its way back. This was appalling. Lesson learnt.

The scenery from the boat was beautiful and that's where it stops and starts. NOTHING NOTHING NOTHING else was worth any money. As we walked into the dining venue we could see deserts cut up on plates no covering on them and in the sun On the tables already was some dried up leaves with one tiny prawn on the plate. Totally uneatable The main was the most tiny dried up & cold chicken no bigger than the size of a match box One cold piece of uncooked broccoli The tiniest two pieces of cold potato no larger or thicker than a pen lid The desert was melted chocolate slice When I complained to the waiter she said wasn't her fault I asked her would she feed this to her family ? Her reply Definitely not Children rang around on the top of the boat without any supervision or guidance from staff. There was no safety talk or shown where life jackets were SAVE YOUR MONEY TRY ANOTHER COMPANY

We booked a Harbour Cruise with this company and 3 days before we were booked the company called to cancel as they didn’t have enough bookings (not my problem). They offered rebook (I don’t live in Sydney) or refund. I asked for a refund but as I had purchased through Groupon (purchased February for cruise 2nd March) they said they would approve the refund request but I would have to go through Groupon. On doing this I was advised by Groupon that the company had confirmed I used mu cruises in September 2018 (interesting considering I only purchased in February 2019). In an attempt to get some response from the cruise company I went onto their Facebook page. There were 3 other customers posts al slamming the company. Alarmingly some of the complaints were regarding health and safety issues. I’m happy my cruise was cancelled but I’d still like my refund. Buyer beware
