This was a HUGE mall and you could easily get lost in here. In fact we almost did haha. It was super crowded and the stores seemed really expensive to me. Every kind of store imaginable is here selling EVERYTHING under the sun. There is a food court here to eat at if you are gonna spend several hours shopping.... More

I visited this mall as I wanted to visit Harrolds which happen to carry some brands not available in my country. This mall has a lot of luxury brands and a few more common ones like H&M. Space is pretty big so shoppers can spend hours in the mall but I left after checking out what I was looking for.... More

My teenage daughter and I were disappointed in Westfield. Coming from Victoria, we are used to easy to navigate, bustling shopping centres with all the known brands and shops. Westfield Sydney was glossy, dark, and presented as very upmarket. We found the "food court" and barely recognised any of the foods! Everything was shiny, dark and romantic, not user friendly... There are many different types of cuisines available. Many upmarket brands available too. If you're a shopping fanatic do come on Thursdays where they close slightly later than the usual. As a Singaporean, it is rather unusual to see retail shops closing by 6pm but that's how it works in Aussie I suppose. Westfield is centrally located and not too... More

On a rainy day we came to Westfield and went to the food court for lunch. What a fantastic food court with so many options, clean and seating available. We were spoilt for choice. Highly recommend lunch her on a shopping trip.

Great shopping for all tastes and budgets. Loads of cafés, restaurants and places to grab a bite to eat and a drink. Very busy at lunch times, due to all the office workers in the area and can be quieter at the weekend, which is unusual, bit being CBD based, the are less people around at the weekends.

We had lunch at Cod&Co restaurant located at foodcourt level 5, Westfield building. After finished we walked away and few minutes later realised that we left our camera behind. We walked back and look for it but couldnt find it. We looked for the cleaners, security and Lost and Found but no news on that day. We went back sadly... More

Westfield is a shopping mall with a wide range of Australian local brands such as UGG Australia. I had a good shopping experience at Westfield.

Staying in Central Business District

Neighborhood Profile
Central Business District
The Sydney Central Business District is abuzz with energy. Power brokers run to and from high rise buildings and after-work drink places, high-end shoppers tour venues like the QVB, and fine diners frequent the many celebrity chef restaurants. For a dose of culture, walk to the NSW Art Gallery, or visit the Sydney Museum. To escape the hustle and bustle, reconnect with nature at the Sydney Botanical Gardens or picnic lunch at High Park. No matter your interest, be sure to check the full calendar of events hosted by the city, from the Sydney Festival in January to October’s Good Food Month at Hyde Park.
