We took this day tour with two of our kids ages 12 and 17. It was pleasant and relaxing. It began with a one hour trip to Featherdale Wildlife Park. We had breakfast with the koalas which didn't leave us much time to view this fairly expansive park. Certainly lots to see (39 koalas) and a host of local fauna.... More

We scheduled a Blue Mountains tour during the recent heavy rains in the Sydney area. while the weather forecast was awful, we decided to go anyway. Smart move! Our guide,Vaughan, had a "Plan B" and we ended up seeing and learning a lot and having a great time. While we missed a few of the iconic views because of fog,... More

Don't assume that just because you send in a booking form a month in advance with your credit card information that this company will actually take you on a tour. After going back and forth with them on email, they claim to have never received my booking form. When I emailed and called to confirm the day before whether the... More

Hi I'm so sorry your were disappointed however we never recieved your booking for at our reservations, we didn't confirm any booking, your credit card was not charged and you only phoned at 11pm the night before to reconfirm but since that is way outside our normal hours even that message was not recieved until the morning of the actual... Started with historic precinct of the Rocks, on to Featherdale Wildlife Park, then to Blue Mountains National Park for scenic views and refreshment stop in a hidden clearing. Our guide provided us with Leamington cake and tim tams. Wonderful views of the Jamieson Valley and the Three Sisters rocks from Eagle Hawk lookout. Guide was full of interesting facts about... This is an excellent day tour! Our driver and guide (Vaughan) was knowledgeable, organized, and made the entire day a relaxing and and fun experience. We had morning tea at the reptile park, where we were able to feed the kangaroos and pat a koala bear! Then we were off to two excellent wineries with 5 star ratings - one... More

Hi Dawn. It's my favourite day out. Only way to better that is to stay for a night or 2 and visit more wineries. Glad you enjoyed the day. Cheers. More

3 of us traveling from Tucson opted for this tour. 0ur van driver Paul, made sure that the day was nothing but the best. Before each stop we received interesting facts about where we going as well as an education about Australia is general. At the end of the tour we all enjoyed a glass of champagne at the Botanical... The Featherdale wildlife park was great. Our driver encouraged us to be on time to the bus and we were all there waiting on him each time throughout the day. While he was informative, sometimes he forgot to use the microphone on the bus and tell more than just the lady in the front the information even the back of... More

Hi there I'm a little confused about some of your report and as you have not identified yourself I can't research your guide. Maybe you were given wrong information about the lunch venue - we have been going to The Boilerhouse Cafe for over 2 years now. They arrange the tables so I regret if yours didn't have the view.... My daughter was lucky enough to win an adventure trip to Sydney and one of the events scheduled was the Blue Mountain Tour. We've actually to Sydney quite a few times, but had never travelled out to the Blue Mountains. We had the most amazing day, starting with a stop off to an animal park along the way and enjoying... I would NOT recommend this company if you wish to have a tour of luxury, as I have experienced their driver Steve using bad language, giving the finger and using his phone to film other drivers with his road rage while driving on the road.

Hi. Totally bewildered by your comments - I am confident though, that you were not a guest on our tour and if the information I have is correct, it was you who initiated the contact as a result of Steve obeying the speed limit for buses on Spit Hill - I'm sure this could be annoying but the law is...
