A friend recommended we visit this place whilst in Coffs Harbour - and it was great! Carobana is a local boutique Coffs confectionary company which now delivers their healthy Carob products nationally and has been around since 1984! The place is very quaint and retains an eclectic air of days of old surrounded by bushland. With their older style machinery/buildings... More

i took my kids there as a holiday highlight. but even though it is open 7 days the food is only made 4 days and all the good stuff is ore ordered and sold out. the demonstration you can watch consists of a conveyor belt with 100yr old staff prodding it along and no other creation. It is listed in... More

Spur of the moment visit. Smaller than expected but an interesting place to visit. The staff were very friendly and helpful and informative. Not that much choice to buy but glad we visited.

This is a well established boutique chocolate factory that specialises in carob chocolate. Great, inviting, friendly staff who were only too happy to show us their trade, have a free coffee or tea and sample their products. We watched the honeycomb being made with a full commentary and also some of the carob nibbles on their home made machine. The... More

Worth a look even if you don't like carob. The fellow making the honeycomb was very insightful and the staff were friendly.

Saw this place on Trip Advisor and thought we'd take a look. We arrived just as the chocolate makers had gone to lunch but we were greeted by a lovely lady who told us they were making honeycomb. While we watched she gave us some fruit and nut carob chocolate to eat! The demonstration was really informative and we got... More

Check this place out for sure! Great little find! Just missed out on watching them making honeycomb. Their peppermint fudge is amazing!

Wonderful place. Its an old factory and the people who work here are so nice. Free degustation of many chocolate. They propose some tea too. We bought some chocolate and fall in love for the honey comb!

such a nice little place to visit, kids loved seeing the chocolate being made, they even got to taste test some fresh choc coated honeycomb straight from the production line. Was so cheap to buy the chocolate and brittle etc. Wish we brought more than what we did.
