The Peterson Champagne House in the Hunter Valley is wonderful! Have a bottle of red champagne with a meal overlooking the vineyards and mountains.

The hunter really excels at putting itself together for the tourist. Wonderful outlooks and a real sense of community. Easy to get to and hard to come home from. Not just for wine lovers either.
