1 path up/down to the summit from either side, well maintained but can be a little slippery in the wet. Lots of inquisitive wildlife and good 360 degree views of Canberra suburbia and ranges at the top. Enough of a climb to keep the fitness...More

Pretty hard to figure out which track is which, but it doesn't really matter. There are plenty of tracks. It is a fairly gentle walk if you are moderately fit - we went up and over and back around again.

Great (tough in spots) short walk with amazing views as a reward at the top. I do this walk 2-1 times a week and never tire of it.

That's all it is. If you want to walk up a grassy hill that offers a reasonable view of the surrounding suburbs then your life is not that exciting but... here it is.

Ten years ago only locals from kambah and the woden suburbs on the other side would frequent this place. There are numerous trails but the two main ones are now inundated with idiots from all over who all wear compression clothing and silently compete against...More

It is best to park and start your walk on Sulwood Drive near Mannheim St. It is a popular walk with locals and a great place to see kangaroos. It is a steep but rewarding walk with great views of Canberra and the surrounding mountains.
