My son and I had an awesome time on the Segways.. he took to it like a duck to water.. lol. Me well I had fun and was easy to ride. Instructors were great as well, happy to take photos etc.

Great way to move around the lake, up to the National Gallery, Questacon, the old Parliament house and Aboriginal tent embassy and protest area...lots of fun, patient and informative guide leading the tour (thanks Jack!)

The instructors were informative and courteous.
Definitely recommend the one hour tour as 30 mins just isn’t enough!!

For a teenage boy and his middle aged mother what great fun. Despite my apprehension. Good safety briefing and time to practice before heading off . Defiantly do the hour you see so much more of Canberra . Would love to go again

Any comfortable flat shoes including sandals would be appropriate for this activity. Any dress would be okay too, although I'd avoid any type of lightweight skirt or dress. You do travel across a wide bridge during the ride & it can get quite windy. You wouldn't want your dress to blow up & cause an accident to happen! Lol
