There are good pathways to some parts, others are rough or grassy. It's a bit bumpy in some areas. Good for picnics. There are two parts of it. One on the left, other right...which are very different from each other. The ducks and swans like to be fed and Lynford Hall is great for scones and coffee, along with other good food.
