Ian, the park keeper, works really hard to keep the park free of rubbish. Nice local green space. Toilets are just for the desperate. Cafe has limited offerings but their canned drinks are always super cold.

This park is nicely maintained. There are tennis courts, a small cafe and children's play area with little paddling pool. The park links several areas of Beckenham so is a nice alternative to walking along the streets.

Croydon Road rec' gave a lovely view out of the window of the wards of the old Beckenham hospital 'laying' in wards. It was the site of the bandstand where Bowie once played. We used the rec as our home football pitch

A lovely little park, great for an afternoon with the children, or walking the dogs. It can get a bit boggy if there has been a lot of rain, but a lovely place to visit in the drier months

A nice, green space. Quiet in the week during school term time. A good cut though to Beckenham High Street avoiding all the traffic fumes on Croydon Road. Agree with Martin B about Bowie bandstand, it would be nice to see it used more at...More

A well kept park with beutifull entrance. Plenty of room for families and good for activities like picnics. Good band stand.
