Very nice traditional Datcha in wood at top of mountain. Nice view of tea plantations. Sea is visible by good weather from the house. 350 Roubles / person is cheap for the taste of good local black tea served with assortiment of Russian Pirogi, jam and honey. Drive direction tip from Sotchi: to find Domiki, don’t turn right on 9 Maya Ulitsa, instead continue on main road Tchaynaya Ulitsa hundred of meters and a sign will indicate Domiki.
