The road to the hill is decent until almost at the hill the tar road stopped, it was bumpy af. There is one area to stop to take pictures and chill (attached in my pictures) but that's it. I tried walking further down but the hill view is not as nice.
This hill was named Teletubbies because it looks the top of the head of the characters in Teletubbies show, I don't see the resemblance at least not from my eye view, maybe from a drone perspective. At the moment there is no entrance fee. You can sit there and enjoy the breeze.

It is nice hill with a really eye catching view. But it is turn brown when the dry season coming. I come 3 times to this place and see different colour of the hill.

It was worthy because I had a drone and the pics are unique. Otherwise skip it. I can see why they have the annual
Kite festival here too.

Driver for day took us here at our request after we saw it mentioned in various guides.
Described as looking like the hills from the Teletubbies Childrens TV Show, they are a bunch of rolling green hills … that’s it however. Just a quick stop in a lay-by to take a photo and move on!

if you’re already in east Nusa Penida, this place is worth a quick look (5 minutes?) but isn’t really a highlight in my opinion. I visited in dry season and the landscape wars fairly dusty and brown - probably best after or during rainy season!

We knew there won't be anything at this place, but still went as we had some extra days at Penida. Landscape is interesting but there was nothing to watch. Maybe in rainy season the greenery is watchable but in summer it was just not making sense

With the visit of the eastern side of the island we also had Teletubbies Hill on the program. Was ok, but not really special either. If you're around anyway, why not, but otherwise the trip wouldn't be worth it.
