The hotel (facilities and rooms) are well kept.
The location is a bit quiet. The more lively Tirrenia centre is not in walking distance).
The hotel had an arrangement with the beach facility just in front of the hotel - vouchers for the day can be taken at the reception. There is a supermarket and a square with some restaurants, bars, shops, farmacy and medical centre just a few steps from three hotel. The check-in was friendly but too slow (you cannot explain every detail such as pool or spa opening times etc...- info that can be found in three room - when there is only one person at the desk which also needs to take all three calls from outside and inside the hotel and there are people cueing for checking in...
The staff at breakfast was not very motivated especially the team on the 2. July morning (totally ignored us and did not give us be cutlery until we asked after 20min we waited and did not offer us a child seat, etc...). The room-cleaning service is good. The pools are nice and the pool chairs are good.
The only minus is the slow or non moti vated service and to some extent the location - there are not many restaurants in walking distance.
This may improve since the hotel has very recently been taken over by the mercure chain.

Rooms are large and clean. Very nice and quite pool area.
They gave a spa but we did not use it.
Besides the spa they have two tennis court which you can use for free.
As a family we missed more activity areas.
About 300 m to beach.
The surrounding area does not have a lot if restaurant but take the bus to Tirrenia to have more selections. Take about 5 minutes with the bus.

we spent a couple of hours here during our stay at Green Park. Nice indoor pool with jacuzzis and water features; big steam room; nice big clean sauna; and some amazing high tech Turkish bath showers. Would be especially great on a day that is not so hot and sunny outside that you would rather be in the outdoor pool

Sadly a bad experience and wish I had listened to other's reviews. A lifeless hotel with unhelpful staff. Had great correspondance before arriving and then had to change rooms and several complaints. Lifeless staff, room and venue. Wouldn't even allow us 2 extra chairs in the balcony even though junior suite and 4 of us! Not a very good 4* (been at better 2*s) and restaurant is expensive and little on the menu. Rubbish views from balcony too and pictures are not true to real life

Rooms: big, comfortable, fab
Location: close to beach but far to everywhere else with little public transport. ONLY stay here if renting a car
Service: very poor. Hotel staff nor forthcoming with information. Struggled to find out from them how to get to hotel from Pisa centre; when I forgot to bring toothpaste they offered no help. All they had do is give me directions to shop nearby!
Food: Awful! Could be a poor continental breakfast in any 2-3star chain in Europe. Forget local food or any veg at all.

After looking for a very spontaneous accommodation we found the mercure green park resort. We received a very warm welcome and all the staff members were extremely friendly and supportive. Our room was very comfortable, big and clean, we would definitely stay there any other time.

Hotel room lookes nothing like on the pictures. Everything is old and rusty. We ordered deluxe room with a balcony and hoped for a bathtub like on the pictures. The room we got looked horrible, a shower is in the middle of a room with no curtains, no bidet.water everywhere after a shower. Lookes basicly like a hospitalroom for handicaps. The furninute is far away from the pictures, we missed a table and some some cheers like on the pics. Do t expect to get what you see on the pictures.

First off we arrived at the resort just in time to get 30-45 minutes in the pool, but those minutes were lost due to a total mess in the reception and loosing our booking wich we made trough their own website. While in our "suite" wich is worn down to the bone we made our way to the indoor spa/pool area called the wellness centre. That pool was closed due to maintenance... That would be a great info at check-in so we could leave and find another resort before accepting our stay here. Third and final attempt to put our bodies in water was our bathroom and my wife called on me to fix the shower since the handle fell off. Only had to be screwed back on but it sets the standard on this place. Dont get fooled by the nice pictures - this feels like and old retirement home. Absolutely not worth 2-250eur/night.

I spent 3 nights here for business. The reception center was welcoming and spoke English well enough I didn't feel we were unable to communicate adequately. The grounds were beautiful. The swimming pools were inviting. Unfortunately, I was not able to partake in the wellness center amenities but I would guess they were on par. Service was outstanding. My room was more than large enough, clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the 2 half drank bottles of water in my mini fridge. Both the building and the room were very secure - important when traveling solo. The main restaurant was amazing. Gourmet meals each night, the wine was on point, and deserts - well they were delectable. I would highly recommend this resort to everyone! For a resort that private and behind walls I was surprised parking is on the street without any security. I didn't have any issues but I wasn't there during high season either.

A very large and luxury resort with all the facilities you wish there to be. A special swimming pool for " the little ones". A pool bar where you can enjoy a delicious lunch salad or more.
Very kind and helpful staff at the reception. They gave us an upgrade luxury room. Very spacey and comfortable room with TV, bar and free Wifi. A great breakfast, which will last you through the day, or at least until tea time! At the resort you will find star Michelin restaurant if you want to go Hi!
