I stayed for only a few days at this cooking school and was so impressed! The school is located just outside of Pisa on a gorgeous working farm and stables. You stay onsite in beautiful apartments (there is even a pool!). Every day you have cooking classes which are taught by the owner Sandra and her assistants (and son). The... More

I visited this school last year. After telling my niece and her daughter about it they said"Would you take us this year?" How could I resist that request? Once again it was wonderful. Three delicious meals a day. A wonderful lesson every day. An afternoon adventure to neighboring areas and a day Truffle hunting. I would go back again. Thanks... More

I went to Toscana Saporita with my mom and her aunt for a week. I love to cook and bake; everything we ate and made was the most amazing food ever. The entire trip was extremely memorable. The people who work at Toscana Saporita are the most incredible, loving, and talented people and it was a huge pleasure to spend... More

My husband and I just got back from our fifth trip to Toscana Saporita. Sandra Rosy Lotti is the director of the school, as well as being a chef instructor, along with an excellent crew, who teach everything from knife skills to pasta, risotto, sauces, and delectable desserts. We love every minute of our time at the school...from the warm... More

This cooking school experience was 5-star. Everything was organized but flexible. Sandra is very engaging and gave us a true appreciation of Italian food and culture. We were immediately greeted by Scarlet, even though it was her free day. All of the teachers were encouraging and took us at our skill and interest level. My goal was to learn how... More

We went expecting to learn a few things about Italian cooking. Those expectations were met, but we came away with so much more. We had great lessons from a staff that really does know how to teach. They demonstrate with clear information, but more importantly they help everyone without ever making you feel you are doing anything wrong. Common questions... More

The school itself is on a beautiful property with cozy accommodations. The cooking lessons are just right in terms of length of time, variety and the instructors are wonderful teachers. I loved the excursions each afternoon to break up the day. Tony the driver is wonderful and sweet. Sandra, the owner, welcomes you with a hug and makes each of... More

From the moment I was greeted by Tony at the Pisa airport, I felt so comfortable and warmly welcomed. When I arrived at the school, I was again warmly welcomed by Sandra and very shortly thereafter I was fed the most incredible Tuscan cuisine. I traveled alone to the school but never felt lonely the entire week, as everyone treated... More

Wonderful week. Our trip started as a thirtieth birthday present for my daughter. My husband jumped in at the last minute. We ended up with a wonderful three week vacation ending with cooking school. It went beyond are expectations. Wonderful staff; wonderful students. The program is well thought out, well managed, accommodating, respectful. And as advertised, no hidden costs; everything... The school is in a beautiful inn about 45 minutes outside Pisa and not far from Viareggio. It's on a working farm with lots of places to walk and run. The rooms are quiet and well-appointed and there's a sunny pool for relaxing. Chef Sandra Rosy Lotti and her staff are friendly and extremely competent and knowledgeable. You will soon,... More
