This was an activity we did on our second day in Bonito and my wife and I joined 3 of our friends to go. We started out at the trailhead at around 8:00 and we were the first group to embark. Boca da Onca is essentially a hike to a gigantic waterfall (with a few stops along the way), and... More

The place is very well organised as almost everything in Bonito. The walk is outstanding end the cachoeiras you see are great. Definitively it's worth. We are 2 families with 4 small kids (aged 6 to 10) and at the end they were exausted (and so were we). The lunch included is the very usual brasilian self service of average-good... More

This is definitely a must. The hike is quite long (a plus for me!) and you get to see a lot of waterfalls as well as swim in a couple. Definitely a highlight of the trip. You are free to stay on the property afterwards until closing. It is a nice way to spend the day. They also serve an... More

Walk through the jungle and stop at few waterfalls (cachoeiras). The water in some of them is shallow so swimming is not required. I highly recommend Buraco do Macaco, a swim under in a hole under a waterfall!

Though it is a long walk, the regular swimming (under beautiful waterfalls) makes it a relaxed and easy-going experience. The guides are nice and not in a hurry at all, but don't speak any english (nor does any of the staff, it seems).

We went on a very well organised tour of these waterfalls and rivers. I would highly recommend this trip. Unmissable.

We visited Boca da Onça waterfalls with our kids and it was wonderful. The 4 hour hike in the forest on a well maintained trail passing by 7 waterfalls was absolutely great. This was probably the best experience we had in all our trip in Brazil. You can swim in most of the pools in refreshingly cool water and this... More

Awesome place! Total time was about 4 hours, we stayed at each stop about 15 minutes, except for Buraco dos Macacos, a cave you swim into with an open ceiling. We were there for about 30 minutes. The waterfalls are beautiful, and the water is crystal clear. Definitely not for those with leg injuries or physical limitations. The hike starts... More

The main waterfall Cachoeira da Onça is stunning. Take a swimsuit to take a dip in the crystal clear water. There's a long rapel descent off a wobbly platform as an option. Guides are very attentive and the lunch and natural pool back at the farm's base are worth it at the end of the walk. Don't go expecting to... More

Lovely day out in the jungle with opportunities to swim, rest and take pictures. Beautiful views. Perfect lunch is included in the fair price.
