Free day not worth paying
May 2019 • Family
We went on a free day with our almost 3 year oldgrandaughter. After checking this place out it isn't somewhere I would not pay for. It kept her entertained for 30 minutes so paying twelve dollars for entry really is not a consideration.I think she has more fun at the park in Stanhope Gardens.

Don't bother! Terrible Cheap Unsafe!
Feb 2018 • Family
Firstly the place doesn't have a lot compared to its rivals in and around the area. Just 2 zones. Under 5 and over 5.
We had to ask a group of about 5 or 6 kids about 8-10 year olds in under 5yr area to move on. They were running and jumping around so that our toddler couldn't use the inflated area. To no avail, they just kept coming back. No staff to say a word. Obviously this is a parenting fail as well but Chipmunks should ensure safety for others too.
The main issue, we arrived an hour prior to 5pm closing time (as stated on their site) as my son just wanted to play for about 50mins or so until they close. Well at 4:20 they start warning people to pack up? Seriously? I went to the front desk asked what that's all about (as they couldve given me a heads up out of courtesy on entry 20mins ago). I say to them it isn't even close to 5pm and they said well we are closing up soon but it's fine to continue playing that they are just letting people know it's closing time soon. So I'm thinking right we still have up until 5pm to get out. People don't need that long to pack themselves up to leave, we are not preparing for an overseas flight!
Anyway, i look over and the cleaner is already packing up the under 5 area and vacuuming around my son. Then another announcement to pack up and leave. My husband was with my son at the time and removed him from the under 5 area as it's dangerous having electrical cords laying around toddlers and my son thinks it's part of his play area and he's trying to play with cords. So we left. Not without telling the supervisor how cheap of a move it was to cut short paying customers. By right we should still be entitled to stick around as long as we leave close to 5pm and not after. It was just plain uncomfortable hearing repeatedly to pack up and go. Not very welcoming. But it's also a safety concern, they don't care if they cause a hazard with vacuums and electrical cords in a play area with a toddler there! They are in such a rush to shoo away paying customers.
As long as they have our money and get in and out and go home on time. Here's a thought... Have a cleaner start AFTER 5pm how about that? You can have an announcement earlier on, just 1 announcement just once! All you need to advise "reminder we close at 5pm" We are big adults we can tell time and understand when we need to pack and when we need to go and if then you still see adults not leaving and kids still playing well and truely close to 5pm fair enough. But it's not on to start warning people from 4:20. It's rude. It's cheap! Even if you aim to have everyone out the door by 4:45 it's a cheap move. 5pm is 5pm
We paid Weekends rates too.
What a waste. Won't be back.

3rd birthday party
Aug 2017 • Family
We went for the first time for a third birthday party with my sons- almost 3 and 15 months. We spent almost 4 hours here! It was fab! Brilliant set up and great for the littler kids- my 15 month old had plenty to do in a safe and secure fenced area.
Ordered coffee, pizza and fries from the cafe which were reasonably priced and yummy. Will definately visit this place again and recommend over other play centres.

Great playcentre! Clean, fun and good for parties also!
Apr 2017 • Family
Been taking Master 5, now 6 here since it opened and it has always been a good experience! Staff are friendly, helpful and courteous and make a mean coffee too *which certainly helps us parents ;)
They offer a variety of foods from fried, to healthy options and all are yummy (yes I have tried a few)
Had a 6th BDay here in April and were very happy with the service and assistance they offered both in the lead up to and during the event on the day.
This is a very clean centre (they tell me they clean it all the time and replace broken parts ASAP as they do daily checks)
Cant fault the place and while there is no time limit to how long you can stay there - you will find your little ones tire out with in 2-3 hours tops and then they sleep like angels afterwards!

We took our grandson on a special day for doing well at school. We went early which we found was better not so crowded. The little bloke had fun until older kids came and took over the areas. I approached the staff and asked for them to supervise and get the older ones to stay within their own areas. I was told that as they only had limited staff this might not happen. And that we should make some allowances I found this down right rude. My husband ended up asking the boys to be careful as they were older and should not be in this area. They said they can play where they want as their parents had paid for them not us. We could see that nothing was going to change so instead of making any further issues we left. The other con the pricing for food is expensive why cant they incorporate a meal deal in the price this would be very helpful.

Babysitting day fun!
Jun 2017 • Friends
We brought our friend's little boy here on a babysitting day - I think we had more fun than he did! The playground offers so many different fun things and activities and it's absolutely perfect for entertaining the kids for hours! The staff are lovely and we really enjoyed our visit. Will be back!

Great fun for young children
Nov 2016 • Family
Good safe activities for young children while adults relax in a noisy atmosphere (children enjoying themselves) enjoying coffee and something to eat.
Children enjoying themselves making new friends and excellent children's birthday parties or end of year activities.

Gotta hand it to you, this place is great. Took my 3 kids for the afternoon and boy did they have fun. Lots of activities, clean and enjoyable. Price not too bad and a great way to spend a few hours.

This place is so much fun
Aug 2016 • Family
We took our son and daughter 17 months and nearly 3 last week. They had an absolute ball. We were there for 3 hours and only left because our little man was exhausted and needed a sleep.
There is so much for the kids to do. The toddler section was great for the little ones. The entry fee is definitely well worth it compared to other play centres we've been to.m
We will definitely be back.
