Worth the drive. Lots of rocks to get over once you leave the boardwalk. Change rooms available before going to the beach. Lovely beach for walking, collecting shells or just sitting and sunbathing. Water was calm and warmer than most beaches.

Located along the South Shore of Nova Scotia. Rissers Beach is situated outside the Town of Bridgewater. The sandy beach is open to the public. The park includes a trail and a boardwalk. Nice scenery. A small campground (tents and camper trailers) is also located...More
