Nestled in the beautiful Daintree rainforest, Daintree Saltwater Barramundi Farm has been producing Australia's best hand-reared Barramundi for over a decade. Barramundi is a unique Australian delicacy, but it's also a fantastic sporting fish, beloved of anglers worldwide. Our Recreation Centre offers the challenge of Barramundi fishing to members of the public ! Come and test your angling skills against Australia's most iconic fish. Visited Hook a Barra twice on our holiday and it was very enjoyable. Got a nice 82cm fish on fly and then the kids did well in a different pond on soft plastics. Staff are helpful and generous in their timing.

Catch and release policy. Good opportunity to fish for Barra. Staff was helpful and friendly. Managed to hook 4 fish and land one in half and hour. $56 for an adult and $10 to watch for 1 hour. Worth a visit.More
