If you are doing the drive in the foothills of the Caucusus between Sighnaghi and Telavi, then this is worth a stop on the way. The musuem signs are all in Georgian but the reconstruction of the winery and the relocation of a tower-house enables set next to the daring modernist architecture of the museum allows some great photo opportunities with the mountains soaring in the background. Friendly staff (no English) turn the lights on and off as you enter / exit each room

I was lucky enough to have a guided tour by the curator - excellent selection of posters, playbills etc.
