Wow

An amazing, well established wildlife park. Plenty of things to see and do, a great day out. You are free to feed and meet the Kangaroos and stroke certain Koala's.

I've come to this park to experience koalas & kangaroos (tho not for the 1st time). The location seemed more animal friendly than a zoo, due to extra space. The crowds might be the same, which is why we went early morning (45 Aud for a taxi from downtown). The koalas sleep 20h/day, but we were able to take a... More

My sister visiting the State wanted to experience the kangaroos and koalas. We visited on a Thursday and it was quite busy with overseas visitors, and families visiting during school holidays. We arrived early at 9.30 so that we could get around comfortably before the crowds arrived. By lunch time there were a lot of people and the sheep shearing... More

It was my first time feed the kangaroo and it was fantastic moment ever. The kangaroo was tame. The volunteer was friendly and well informative. I went there solo so they help me to capture a photo with kangaroo, wombat and koala. There has a farm show too and I found it was very enjoy to watch. The Caversham is... More

Lovely carers of all animals. Great experiences for young and old. The koala Mum and baby with Dad Finished our visit with a flourish. To see so many contented creatures in ample spaces was uplifting. You could easily spend the whole day there.

Very hot day when we visited and relieved to see the whole campus was geared for this - for us and the animals - with shade available everywhere. Typical wildlife park in sections. Birds, reptiles, more birds, unusual animals like quolls were amazing. You're able to mingle with the kangaroos and feed them - great photo opportunities here for adults... More

What a lovely peaceful place to visit, my wife and myself decided on a mid week visit, as we thought weekends would be very busy. It seems that was a good choice,as we could wander around the premises without too much other distraction, and more or less had the attention of all the Australian Wildlife to our selves, as did... Am a sucker for the marsupials and love the chance especially to get up close with a koala mama and her baby, feeding the wallabies and kangaroos (gimme more Kangaroo pellets!) and my first time getting up close and personal with a wombat! Loved every minute, didn't care about the drizzle that was blessing me throughout!

At $27 for each adult I was expecting this to be good, and it didn't disappoint. We didn't arrive until 14:00 but managed to comfortably walk around the majority of the park and get the most from our experience. I would particularly recommend Molly's Farm where they put on an informative show about sheep sheering that kids also can enjoy.
