The blue color of the church pews gives peace of your mind. The interior is simple and tranquil. Small graveyard but very neat.

When exploring the Danish countryside, you can see from afar, these small red-roofed and whitewashed churches dotting the landscape. When in the fishing village of Agger, this simple but beautiful church located in the town center deserves a few minutes of your time. The exterior of the building is well kept as well as the garden and cemetery around it. The interior is simple and minimal in its presentation providing a peaceful and tranquil ambience. Take also note of the a cluster of small pieces of sculpture outside the entrance of the church by the road.

Agger Church isn't an old church, it was build in 1932, because the old church was taken by the North Sea in 1832.
The church is for sure worth a visit.
Outside is 13 of the 26 fishermen who drowned during a storm in 1893 buried
