Well worth a visit and it is free. has a nice cafe and lots of interesting things to see. You can also buy local wool from a small organisation promoting wool production on Cambrian farms.

The woollen museum is an interesting, relaxing and evocative place, they often have the machinery in operation, and provide entertainment for younger children. The shop is well stocked with woolley goods and they also serve good coffee / cake and excellent rarebit and cawl. Highly...More

Fantastically interesting place,take the guided tour and see the conditions in which Victorian people had to work,too much to take in on one mornings visit,nice cafe,entry and tour is all FREE!
