Authentic place to learn about history and technology to make bread. Make your own flour! Try bliny made in wood burn oven. Many stand alone items on site. Have cash ready as it did nit take credit cards.

...must be interesting but for us was only place where We Had lunch. Food as everywhere in the region was good but with socijalistic taste.
