What strikes you most is the warmth of the people and their eagerness to show off their rich history of weaving. A bit of a hike to get there, but worth the trip. Be sure to walk around the village and see more than just one weaving site. I would recommend this trip to get another glimpse of what Ghana... More

This village is absolutely incredible. If you want the real deal kente cloth - you MUST go. I spent two weeks on the Cape Coast, Accra and Kumasi. These prices are the best and you have so many options. Buy everything here!

This wonderful village was a real surprise. Hands on learning experience with terrific tour guides. You get a chance to do hands on weaving and to walk through a cocoa grove. There is also a chance to learn about the famous soap as well. Fun and educational. Wonderful shop if you want to purchase Kente Cloth where you can learn... More
