Covid has no chance against this place! Customers hands sanitised on entry, tables spotlessly clean and cleaned again the second a customer leaves. Mask rule enforced and no touching cans unless buying. Not a strict atmosphere at all tho in fact it’s laid back and friendly. Great selection of beers, both in the fridges and on draft/cask, stouts, sours, ipa, cider, lager etc and a verified venue on Untappd too so you can check the menu before going. Lovely touch being able to order food from local cafes on Piccadilly like zest and klay, extra business for the cafes and you can stop for an extra beer or 2.

Great selection of different alcohols, relaxed atmosphere and very friendly staff. The new booking system is easy to do and all necessary changes have been implemented since the cv19 outbreak. We go every Friday now! Would recommend

Lovely specialized craft beer bar & shop in the centre of Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent. I just visited last Monday - there were a dozen keg beers, a couple of handpumped ales and many more national & international bottled and canned craft beers available - something for everyone! The friendly staff recommended several cans and a keg beer to me (American style PAs and a Porter), and they were all excellent. Prices are moderate, and you can buy a keg or handpumped ale in 1/3, 1/2, 3/4 or full pint. There aren't very many craft beer bars in this town - this seems to be the best of them. It's just a short walk e.g. from the Potteries Museum and Art Gallery, Stoke's only real tourist attraction. Highly recommended!

Popped in here on a recent weekend in Stoke, they don’t have a lot of competition but by far the best pub we found around Hanley. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff with great selection of beers!
