I went to Winnica Rajska in February with my family. We visited friends nearby, and they recommended a visit. The winery is quite new, but I heard they already has won some prices for their wines.
We tasted both Słowik and Krogulec. I actually preferred Krogulec, but they were both very much in my taste.
They couple who runs the winery, Olek and Kinga, took great take of us, and showed us their impressive facilities. It's evident that they know a great deal about modern winemaking. They were very friendly and spoke excellent English.
I warmly recommend this charming vineyard!
