Come and visit the beautiful nature trail from Heggem to the pine which is beautifully situated in Duaskaret. This is said to be Norways largest conifer! The trail passes through some old mountain pasture farms. Many information boards along the way, makes this an informative and exciting nature experience. Follow the RV665 by Heggem towards Hanaset/tursti. After about 500 meters turn to the left to Heggemsetra, and find the parking. The trip can be shortened by driving about 1.5 km to the Information board (toll road). This is an easy hike on a good trail- and forest road. Suitable for families with young children. Route descriptions: From the information board, follow the marked trail. NB! Remember to turn left at the first crossroads. The trail follows a forest road up to the crossroads between Heggemsetra and Dualisetra. The route to Dualisetra go on a marked path through the woods before coming into the old mountain farm. There is a marked trail about 500 meters further to Stortolla, Norway's biggest conifer.
